If you worry a lot, listen. It can and WILL stop. And before you start worrying over whether or not these insightful words of Mooji will help you with overthinking and habitually and “seemingly” unbreakable mind patterns, I ask that you please write down on a paper or into your phone or computer or pencil it on the wall or your hand or wherever — that does not matter — this:
